You are absolutely correct. And it's not just the Chinese rich kids coming to study. And yes, Canada will get a share. But these kids don't study in private ESL schools like Loyalist nor are they interested in studying in MTI career training programs. They'll go to a good University and if it takes them 6 years to finish, who cares? The Uni gets their tuition, the kids put money into the economy, the parents got rid of the responsibility of raising the kids and the kids get their Canadian passport. What's not to like? Do any of the kids you know study at a private ESL school. Please correct me if I'm wrong
