Next Major MoveNo question the upper level management of Loyalist needs an infusion of talent as what they have is already struggling to deal with previous acquisitions. Management from previous acquisition has been lightweight and little more than "yes" men. Problem is the Loyalist Corporate culture is very much top down "do as we tell you". An acquistion of the scale they are considering ($25 milliion) would possibly mean a change at the CEO level which would be welcome move.
