Schulich's shares and LOY market share

Schulich's shares and LOY market shareGreetings everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had any information on Schulich's shares and how he views the business. Since he owns such a large block, what he decides to do with them will affect us all.

Also, although ESL is a competitive marketplace, none of the competitors have any scale. So they're not much of a threat. But what about US firms like Loyalist? Is it possible that a larger, better funded US firm will decide to do the same roll-up strategy and compete with the buying up for these small outfits in Canada?

On Schulich:  If he sells - eeesh. Need to keep an ear to the ground on him.

On competitive marketplace: So long as there is no larger player doing the same M & A strategy, there is no threat. I'm long on the stock and love the prospects for a business like this. I can afford to forgive management's minor misteps, including the recent misfire on financing. Ryu has done this before, so I'm confident he will make the right decisions on the whole.

Before I add to my position though, I would love to hear if anyone has any good info on these 2 points.

Good luck to all!
