Well put Muddywaters. Quite a few valid points that are usually ignored by the LOY fan club. One other ploy that Ryu uses to save money on paying for schools is to fabricate a large number of deductions from the final settlement payment due figuring out he can either delay payment or negotiate a smaller amount. 

Very concerning that most of the senior management has left and the student housing has a big question mark over it.
