short vs longI think for most people including myself, we are anxious to see if we will see another dip back to the bottom like the last two runs or if we will find some support. At the end of the day if you are long on this you will get rewarded which is why I chose this point to enter. there is a good chance we are starting an upward trend now but if not in the next couple of weeks then soon. I would expect a good double in the next 52 weeks and maybe more. Finger crossed that i bought at the right time for bang for my buck but I am confident I will be rewarded withing the next year. More housing announcements to come!
