RE:RE:RE:RE:Good News Bad NewsIf you read between the lines, management is telling you Q-3 and Q-4 will be "heavy payments". I read the MDA with great interest and confirmed that there is no outstanding payment left to vendors on any acquisition. Even so, that is a balance sheet item, not profit and loss item. Hence, the heavy payment means write off. My guess is that write offs will likely take place beginning Q3, then bigger amounts into Q4. In accounting terms, that is called kiting. "Record" Profit from Q-1 to Q-3, then reverse them in Q4 (due to auditor's presence). I predicted this in Q4 2013 and came true when the annual statement came out in April 2014. It is not rocket science and yes I am a shareholder at $0.43 and will be selling while moving up. I bought when all the fund raising activities were announced because I know Coremark would hype the stock. I sold "before" Q-4 and year end were released and actually made money. Repeated process now until Q4 ends. Like a money printing machine.
