I doubt Fabrice has ANY IDEA how unprofessional his office is. If you ignore emails and don't return phone calls what type of business are you running? Either he's made way too much money and doesn't care, or he just doesn't care, or he just has no idea how ineffective they are at servicing clients and the ongoing newsletter and service issues. How can he not know? Well, his wife screens his mail. I have received nothing this month, but my payment went through. They also created a detailed lie about the convalo stock and led me on down the garden path for over a month about that. I am done, at this point. I am through. That aside, I am so sorry to hear about people's losses today. It's a travesty and he should have seen the red flags and warned people, especially with the late filing and sickness excuse. Whatever he lost in LOY he made up for by hijacking Convalo. At least, that's what I hear.
