KlererWhen Shawn was combing the company financials during Feb and March he noticed the covenants were derelict in Dec. Klerer also noticed the CEO loan @ 18%. He called the chairman of the board and asked why he parked a boatload of his own money in the LOY PP. "That's easy Shawn. Ryu made me do it".
