That pretty much sums it up. We can hope for a positive press release or some such abstract hope of optimism but the fact is that Ryu took the money and mismanaged the company at the same time. 

At this point, the deferred revenue alone is enough to sink the ship. Then, there is the BMO loan, declining sales, etc.
