It amounts to $8.9 million which is not all that substantive.

A combination of aggressive cost cuts, $12 million in deferred revenue and possibly selling some of the assets would easily cover this.

Or, LOY may be sold once it is right sided by MBA.

New management have bought in at 12 cents.

Thats your investing guideline..

8.9 million is not substantial? Where are they going to cut costs?  Leases are fixed. They can not jam 15-20 students in a class, teachers are already striking for better pay. They have no assets to sell. Deferred Revenue is a liability that LOY needs to cover. This is an obligation to teach students in to the future. They have to pay rent, teachers, utilities, etc. Ryu sold at less than $0 ...more

With Ryu still on the board the company is toxic. Who just may be pulling strings behind the curtain? Remember The big investor Mr. S still has a big chunk of the shares and which horse is he betting on? No news on that front. That pretty much sums it up. We can hope for a positive press release or some such abstract hope of optimism but the fact is that Ryu took the money and mismanaged the company at the same time.  At this point, the deferred revenue alone is enough to sink the ship. Then, there is the BMO loan, declining sales, etc.
