Ryu and Fraud
Ryu and FraudWhy was Ryu never charged and investigated by the OSC for securities fraud? From what I understand he lied to investors that the business is doing fine and in the back raised cash and giving high interest rate loans to the company, taking a huge salary when the company was clearly going to zero? The CFO should also bve responsible as he could see this coming, no?
