RE:Why Warrants at $.05 for three years?

RE:Why Warrants at $.05 for three years? That would be a reasonable assumption, but this is not a 'usual' play. With very little information, we don't even know where the company stands since announcing December 31st was the dry-up day for money. I think they know that most people trading this stock have no clue what the dealer is holding, and they are hoping to see a fake run up so they can make some personal cash. I am sure someone will say this is a long term plan to build the company back up, etc...but the only problem the company has had has been the poor management of corporate funds and the stupid idea that this business is a consolidation business that can work under a corporate umbrella model. This was an effort to create higher incomes for executive members and their buddies, not to grow and improve the ESL business. Ryu successfully sucked a wad of cash out of the coffers and then Left to set up another company on April 15th, 2015 with Geoffrey Smith as the Chairman of the board. Now this group is trying to figure out another way to extract money for themselves without being liable for throwing a bunch of people out of work.

I hope I am incorrect...but we shall see.
