The Deb has to close.
Considering the sweetness of the deal, it appears to be strictly legal admin now.
While the added dilution with a full warrant @ 5 cents seems onerous, it will provide for $16 million plus in new money when exercised.
The Q1 numbers assuming they indicate north will be the best indicator for the "show me" investors.
