PEOPLE WHO DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH DON'T SIGN UP WITH ENGLISH SCHOOLS UNLESS THEY HAVE ASSURANCES IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY THAT THERE IS RECOURSE IF SOMETHING GOES AMISS. THEY SIGN UP WITH AGENTS TO PROTECT THEMSELVES FROM SHADY SCHOOLS (LIKE KGIC SCHOOLS) IN THE EVENT THE STUDENT IS UNHAPPY.
