FightThis whole thing must be Illegal or at least contestable in some ways. Too many people, shareholders, etc would be unfairly treated if this goes through. CIBTs style seems very unethical. I would think Alex is busy finding a way to block them. CIBTs website has the nerve to say the whole thing is a fait accompli. They have appointed a Sprott team to take over the management already. Hell it isn't even Feb 7th yet. I find this very egregious busilness practice on the part of CIBT. I hope the BC Superior court will stop them in their tracks. The stakes are pretty high!
