As I have been saying since fall of 2015, the business in general cannot t be sustained as a large corporate entity because it requires fundamental changes in the way teaching happens in the classroom. None of the large education companies can provide the coming wave of personalized language instruction that will soon be the only successful model in the industry. Big Mac could only have changed things if he understood language education, which he does not. Very few of the people in the ESL field are prepared for the coming collapse of the industry status quo.

paper analysis of this situation is a waste of time. There is no a,out of mathematics and stats that will be able to help you to understand the nature of what we are doing in the field.
