Q1- good profit (unaudited) Q2- excellent profit (unaudited) Q3- record profit (unaudited) Q4- record losses "Audited" Q-1 raise cash Q-2 acquisition Q-3 raise cash (soon be announced) Q-4 acquisition (buy anything to justify new financing) Yearend 2014- out of cash & 220m shares fully diluted Forecast for F2015: Same as F2014 and F2013 Time to buy: immediately after they announce new capital raise. Coremark will prop it up Time to sell: before the financing is completed. Once financing is closed, the stock tanks Next capital raise: Q-3 around the time when "Record Profit" is reported Next sell: before the year-end audit comes out Volume of Selling due to the pending financing that is coming Good thing about this company is that it is so predicable. Mark this email and see if things lined up 6 months from now.

well thats one way to look at it..another: record profits this year...use those funds to pay down debt and save for future acquisitions (maybe outside the esl market) and this thing takes off. Another way to look at sp is the fact that this story hasnt made people excited as other tech/med stocks do. However, I am reminded of what an "expert" once said on bnn(not talking about loy ...more
