Blatant lies and misrepresentation has cost shareholders millions. Company has breached covenants and is bankrupt if lender chooses to act. No chance of ever raising money, equity holders are screwed. A class action will happen but you can't get money from a deadbeat stone.

This was easy to see coming.  How hard is it to set up an english school and they dump it on LOY for millions a year later.  The perfect business model for a man who wants to get rich.  Not so much for shareholders.  I

Serious white collar crimes fraud should have serious penalties like jail time & stripped of assets. Unfortunately there will be more bad news coming for the shareholder victims

A class action at minimum. Please post if one is issued. Ryu should be tarred, feathered, ran out of town then sued. It's one thing to be incompetent, it's another to be dishonest. Nope, you can't get blood from a stone, but you know what Ryu has? Shares in Loyalist. Shares he should be forced to sell at a huge loss to compensate investors who've been mislead.  I'm ...more
