BMO Owns KGIC

I suspect that BMO will take over operations Dec.31. Probably the company will be delisted at that time, or sooner...

I heard a rumour RJM is going to make an offer. I just don't know if he is a real person so I'll just have to wait. Why were the shorts not required to deliver the certs when the name was changed to KGIC? I guess on the OTC it might not be required. Maybe the call will still come?
