final coup de grace - enrollments and payments will stop now

The news is officially out - internationally. To anyone not in the know, students are referred by overseas agents, who get much of their information from publications like this.

Most agents work with many schools, universities and colleges around the world, usually with multiple schools per city. There are hundreds of KGIC's competitors in Canada, so no agent in his right mind would send money to KGIC. They can just go to another school in a heartbeat.

Expect revenue to decrease drastically in the near future.

Thanks for the poop storm, Andrew.

If LRN were a horse they would have shot it already. But since it is a dog that wouldn't necessarily apply.

I wonder if RJM will ever disclose what he was told that convinced him to place 2 - 3 million dollars into the common shares of LRN? Klerer all along has been candid and forthcoming on the tenuous corporate position under the forbearance agreement united with toxic Q1 and Q2 financials and the suspect competence of Andrew, the poop master, who with his CFO, departed abruptly under cloudy skies ...more

It would be interesting to know about rjm, but the tale will be told if a rabbit gets pulled out of this hat and a big deal is reached (unlikely). I don't trust anyone involved with this scam-infested group, so it may be possible that some big announcement honey-traps a last ditch parade that allows them to dump lots of stock quickly for 3 or 4 cents, earning back some of their losses...Ryu ...more

Based on my research about RJM, he is a brilliant investor. I don't believe KGIC has convinced him to buy into this company. He does his own research.. so he is like the rest of us. He was brought in by the company after he purchased those shares themselve. Can't say all I know is ture. just my own speculation.

If you are wrong the 3:10 has left for Yuma. And Toby would be the engineer.

What would be the most efficient way to drive this train to Yuma? Would it be to wait for bankruptcy, and then negotiate with the creditors? Or, would it be best to start negotiating now (or around December 30)? Fortunately, I don't have a lot of experience with this sort of thing.
