On Dec 21st the board resigned. No mention was made of RJM. Yet on Oct 6th, RJM joined the board as the largest LRN shareholder at 13.1% of the common shares with experience in corporate governance. Was the Dec 21st omission an oversight? Does RJM actually exist?

Everything at https://www.loyalistgroup.com/company/management is now "To be updated" ...the Board is also "To be updated"...hmmm...what good news awaits us on Monday?!?!?!
