What is the ideal PTR for a profitable ED. company/

Four students per teacher should pay school salaries. Additional students per class should pay all other costs plus make a 10-20% profit for the school. So, 16-20 students per class should do the trick. Classes should be over-enrolled to account for drop-outs and if too many students leave a class the remaining students should be placed in another class-no refunds. Teacher contracts are dependent on enrollment but surplass teachers could be employed as private tutors if there is a need. That's my take on school administration.

Have the topic sentence written each day on the student's facebook page after the school's letterhead and phone etc.Do ...more

16-20 students in an ESL class is not functional. The maximum class size should be around 14 or so. More than that and the results are not acceptable.
