I was checking Alix profile in LinkedIn. He changed his profile and he removed his kgic work experience from his profile may be he is very ashame of working in kgic.

To say he is not to blame is ridiculous. Whatever shape the company was in when he took over, it was his job to do the due diligence and he either didn't (ignorance) or did and still took it on(corrupt). Either way it was a desperate play that failed and he deserves the stain on his reputation, albeit less so that Ryu.
