RE:RE:RE:RE:Dividend Good analysis.  I have recently taken a large position.

Of note is that they have about 500 or 600 boe/day of heavy oil.  The price deck here has improved significantly in the past month or two.  In addition, they have numerous waterfloods available to them which can increase their production cheaply and with slow declines.  

Good observation on oil price improvement.  Don't bet the ranch on stable oil prices.
