You are suggesting that I get less than 6% dividend yield.

I don't think I will accept your kind offer.

Now you want to rid yourself of 20 million shares, and you know that if you do this on the open market where the shares trade very thinly, you will have to take the share price down; so a 6% discount to present price is more than fair. Don't you agree?

Done then at $5.90 per share.
