Purchase Price - $640 million
Sales - $450-$500 million
Accretive to earnings

After closing transaction, Industrial segment will represent 55% of Operating Earnings.

Linamar will be well over the goal of $10 Billion CAD in sales next year.

Company is very undervalued. Should be a triple digit stock. Mobility segment is currently under earning. Any improvement will be a catalyst for the stock price.
