ok cool, I figured that the regulatory framework for psychedelics would be quite different than marijuana and not include recreational use. I just couldn't see governments pitching that, especially considering the polarized nature of North American politics and the increasing zeal of social conservatism. My best guess is for decriminalization as any medications make their way through FDA

If i am not mistaken I thought i read somewhere that decriminalization to legalization will not likely happen until sometimes 2021--so what we have really is bodies of work taking place with still at least a year away from being legalized--I will have to see if i can go back and see what I read in either over here or wherever i read it.
