It is bothering to me that they didn't disclose the terms of the financing for the deal. Almost like their hoping for a sp increase so they can get a better pp price.i mean if it's trading at 4 to 4.5 cents they can't expect pp buyers to hold for 4 months and pay 4.5 cents.so they offer pp at 2.5 or 3?? Or try get so up to 6 or 7 and offer pp at4.5 cents with 8 cent warrants???

Man you need to go watch the Tiger King and chill out.......... penny stock don't overcomlicate things......... risk/reward. Just try to pick the right one, seems a lot of ppl are picking LITT, everyone has their reason(s).

I'm already in small position. I'm a business man.i know how financing works.i would take a double here for sure....but it would be all on fairytales till we see the terms.i think there many retail investors in this one cus they think it's cheap at 4.5 cents.in reality so means squat it's the market cap and most retailers don't even know how to figure that out.just sayin

Totally agree there. I'm just saying you can't have your cake and eat it too.  Just some people buy bigger pieces at cheaper prices. If the cake sucks, your belly might hurt.  stay safe everyone!
