It's not on the ASC site yet as the dismissal ruling just happened this morning. It takes them a few days to put the ruling on their site. The trial is concluded and the case is concluded.

Ok. How do you know this if no info is posted? Insider? Were you at the hearing? Gonna need at least an inkling of proof if you want others to believe you. I hope you are right nonetheless.

Breathe and look at yourself first.......I got up that day and attended the trial via phone link...... There is so little integrity in this that everyone just jumps to conclusions.... Shark infested waters but its all smoke and mirrors. May you get out of it what you are lookibng for. Do something nice for someone today and I accept your apology:)
