What's happening at Live Current Media?

What we know:
1. There was a proxy fight and the original directors are back. https://www.thefreelibrary.com/Live+Current+Shareholders+Elect+New+Directors.-a0239957281

2. Perfume.com & Cologne.com were sold for $5,250,000. Pg. 15 https://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=LIVC&id=111454

Final payment should come through on Jan 11, 2014.

3. Former CEO, Geoffrey Hampson, has filed a suit against LIVC, which appears to be in arbitration. https://washoecourts.com/index.cfm?page=casedesc&case_id=CV12-02476

I had heard there are other lawsuits, are there? Have any lawsuits been settled?

What's the plan with the remaining domains? Has consideration been given to pay a special dividend to investors from the proceeds of selling Perfume.com & Cologne.com?
