Perhaps my subject line was misleading. 

My point is that LLEN has for some time maintained that supplies were tight in the past in Guizho.  This is the first third party evidence I've seen that corroborates that claim, and that gives LLEN more credibility in my eyes.

Others have said they've never been able to prove that claim of LLEN's was accurate.  I just did.

Yes, supplies are probably not so tight there now, which is why the tax has been lifted.

This is about CREDIBILITY more than anything.  Was LLEN playing loose with the facts or not? In this case, it appears they were telling it like it is.
