leanguy:  You answer your own question, ' a positive spin'...In hindsight I don't believe a number of PR's this company released:  1) August 2011-a new auditor soon; 2) the new website-soon; 3)   4) April 2012-open new mines in IM; 4)  May  2012 - share buyback program and others.  In each of these there was the 'possibly', though extremely remote that the event would ever actually be realized.

This is just my opinion.
