What the share registration was for, has obviously not been announced but a good guess would be a equity payment for that Union mine deal...? or not....
Only the registrattion has been submitted to the SEC....not the purpose and that is not required to be submitted at this time....he has 90 days to sell the stock....officially....
The point is that LLEN did not announce the specifics prior to reporting it to the SEC..The point is that LLEN now has 3/4 million more shares registered....The point is that they hinted a equity payment in their PR.
I suppose that is better than unregistered......But then....I don't have a dog in this hunt....but you now have a 38+ million shares outstanding....officially.......what he does with them is really not material to the facts....but I would hope it's the Union deal...and not the Lee retirement fund........
