cool..i was wondering if lee would be selling shares for the upcoming union energy deals as in a sort of equity swapping? if he was selling them anyway, since this news has just come from homesucks the basher/shorter who likes to post lies and 1/2 truths.

If this was true ... he would have already put up the link into our faces ... he must be very desesperate!
Comment by coldheat on Nov 03, 2012 2:20pm
There is no half truth about this news...It simply is.... What the share registration was for, has obviously not been announced but a good guess would be a equity payment for that Union mine deal...? or not.... Only the registrattion has been submitted to the SEC....not the purpose and that is not required to be submitted at this time....he has 90 days to sell the stock....officially.... The ...more

Far as I know, it's not on the system yet....Probably because it may not have been filed electronically...If it's filed via snail mail...it should be there Monday....maybe... The news of it, and a copy of the filing was reported by Dow Jones Newswire.....
Comment by Tjpsimone on Nov 03, 2012 2:45pm
Not in the system yet? If its not in the system how did Dow Jones get the information? Dow Jones mines for data electronically, so if its still in the mail, how would they have it?  ( i know this is a reach, but if its in a mail truck right now in Seattle, does Dow Jones scan all mail before delivery? ) How did they get  a "copy" of it? Did Dickson run one off on his epson, and ...more

Not sure if you guys on the LLEN board understand that this registration was reported on a form 144, which is a insider transaction........ I'll just let you mull that over a bit........
Comment by coldheat on Nov 03, 2012 2:52pm
Lookie here bubba! I did check the edgar data base yesterday and I did not see it....but I do get the Dow newswire and it's front and center on my LLEN watchlist......So you can stick that information in you ear...for all I care.....I'm not gonna dig up that CIK number again.... You might want to stop shooting the messengers over here, because you will get nothing more from be...This is ...more

Yes-   A transaction you say is " in the mail " A transaction you say " sold" ( past tense ) when share volume does not indicate... A transaction you say Dow Jones is posting, when its still " in the mail" A transaction for 1.5 million, they they decided to do via mail, versus online? Especially given that the mail on the East coast right now is moving slowly...

You folks are as dumb as a box of rocks! The form 144 is a insider trade submission required by the SEC....It does not indicate a sale, it only indicates a intent to sell and the number of shares registered.  There is a 90 day window...it does not state the purpose, it only states intent and as soon as the seller puts the envelope in the mailbox, the SEC is considered to be notified... Now go ...more

iF THAT Were to be true .. ... and lee will pay UNION with his own shares ... than LEE would be come the owner of Union's Mines .. and not LLEN! ... THAT'e even worse!
Comment by coldheat on Nov 03, 2012 3:05pm
I would suspect that Lee owns the rest of it as well.....but the common stock holders in the security known as LLEN...a so called American company...don't really get that...... They don't really get that in effect, they own stock in Dickson Lee and not in coal mines.... But I digress...... LOL

"Far as I know, it's not on the system yet....Probably because it may not have been filed electronically...If it's filed via snail mail...it should be there Monday....maybe..." We would need to be dumb as a box of rocks to beleive your story.... The SEC is " considered to be notified" the second it hits the mailbox, and according to you wont arrive until Monday, however ...more

This is a great little discussion I stumbled on here....  I wish a link was provided to substantiate, but just to clarify, the SEC does not accept "snail mail".  In order for a company to submit a filing, it needs to be edgarized, which is switching it to the electronc format that the SEC only accepts.  Firms provide such edgarized service, but that is the only way that ...more

Now that's funny.......   Read rule 144...and the options for electronic submissions, and then get back to me....

Form 144 was probably the last SEC form that was still not on the electronic filing system until fairly recently...However it still can be filed manually via letter and the form is considered filed by the SEC upon mailing!!!! Similar to a IRS form....... That's all I was referring to...I have no idea how they filed it, but I know the date....cuz it's on the form. And it's not yet on ...more
