This is a great little discussion I stumbled on here....  I wish a link was provided to substantiate, but just to clarify, the SEC does not accept "snail mail".  In order for a company to submit a filing, it needs to be edgarized, which is switching it to the electronc format that the SEC only accepts.  Firms provide such edgarized service, but that is the only way that the SEC accepts documents.  Wish I could see what everyone is chatting about, if it even exists.  I also like how "coldheat" calls everyone lemmings, even though s/he believes whatever is written without a link even provided (let alone backup from the SEC).
