Appears so far that the BarChinaPedia is correct again.  Most of the lines mentioned in this article are in the northeast.  Interesting also that Lee  mentioned in his news today that in their board meeting in China later this month, they will again be looking at expanding to the north (or was it northeast, Bejing)?  Would this be due to rails opening up in a direction favorable to L and L?
