Man, could you imagine what coal stocks would do if someone actually started an EPA and commercially feasible and cost effective clean-coal-technology plant?  Holy smokes.  The within 35% increase in cost might actually be acceptable to the public given that natural gas prices are currently artificially lower than what they will be when demand increases and the costs to frack deeper into the earth increase (IMO)
