Wow again!  Consolidation appears will certainly be happening this year.  I'm betting we will see leveraged commercial financing to help swoop up on the litteral myriad of fire sales this year.  Let's get a handful in Shaanxi, a handful in IM, and then send some cash back to to Guizhou for a few more to balance out the portfolio.
