Lee's response today regarding the GEO hit piece.......
Dickson Lee, Chairman and CEO, commented, "GeoInvesting has made false and misleading statements about the Company in the past, while admitting they were actively shorting our stock. We were informed that there were unusually high put option activities yesterday which are set to expire tomorrow. GeoInvesting has made no attempt to reach out to L&L to discuss or verify any of these false allegations. We will exhaust our resources to respond and protect our shareholders, including exploring filing formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory bodies."

Read that very carefully. First of all, Lee's ego is probably close to the size of China. I think the man is going to fight this like we have never before seen. And he is willing to spend the money for this fight. GEO has timed their hit piece for maximum effect. Could the TDR be put on hold now because of this? What effect on the anticipated 1mill+ ton mine acquistion? To be blunt, this hit piece will have a profound effect on LLEN's immediate business plan. The share price went into the toilet. I am not sure who informed LLEN about the unusually high put option activies yesterday, but my guess is it was most likely one of the regulatory agencies. I would think that possibly the FBI is looking at this. Was it GEO who picked up the put options? Sold short probably in the past few weeks or so and then comes out with the Hit Piece today through Seeking Alpha. Sure sounds like laws have been broken in my opinion.
THis is all so very frustrating, but I do not capitulate to crooks. I see some are calling GEO.....the GEOMafia. That is quite fitting don't you think? BTW......Gutsy buying by me.......man I don't know about that.....time will tell shortly whether it was gutsy or stupid. All I know for sure is being a minority shareholder in LLEN is NOT FOR SISSY'S LOL!
