RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Well Planned & Executed Hit-Piece by GEOIt's a little known fact that Sino Forest was hit with similar allegations years before, but the reports were unfocused, and that time the Chinese stocks weren't scrutinized. The judge threw out the class action back in 2011, it seems due to the fact that the company issued a revised 2010 statement, citing internal control deficiencies (or something along those lines), and that was when the short sellers came in, and the class action started. The company was good enough to make the first step. Here the short seller report is the first step, and at least to casual observers, it would seem likely that the 2nd time won't be a fluke. Just offering the flip side.
