All Read following regarding D Lee's transaction w

Mr. Lee transferred his personal shares of LLEN as collateral on a personal loan. All proceeds from the loan were transferred directly to L&L Energy, Inc. as a loan to fund expansion. Mr. Lee's loan to the Company was approved by L&L's Board of Directors. The term on the loan is three years, Mr. Lee also has the option to reclaim his shares at any time upon written notice and repayment of the loan.

DC Are you saying that LLEN has put out a press release regarding Lee's loan?  If so, I have not seen it yet.  Is there a link? Farstar

Thanks DC ! I hope LLEN submits a press release soon... like tonight !!!  to clarify what Lee's transaction is all about so that the market gets verification and satisfaction of the TRUE details. Other then that I have been quiet for awhile because I had a case of Chazmo going on with my patience LOL !   I am over it and feel very confident that 2013 will be our year
