Race: Then again, perhaps not. While it is difficult to find specific news re: Bowie #2 mine I did find references to coal mining expansion; e.g: https://www.gjsentinel.com/news/articles/groups-poised-to-challenge-coal-mine-expansion which refers to Arch Coal's plan to expand but meeting with public protests. There must be a demand for AC to want to expand...possibly because of the high grade
