I like the expansion news but am a bit worried about how they finance a coal mine with 1 million ton production output per year without diluting the shares and drawing substantial working capital from the company.

Two thoughts on this:  (1) these mines were designed from the beginning to handle a much larger production number.  Unlike the previous mines the LLEN acquired several years ago, which required constant upgrades and capital to increase production, the Union Energy mines already are built to handle larger productions.; and (2) increasing production at these mines is more of a function of

DC, While I agree most of what you said, I notice there are some growing concerns of mining (coal & rare earth) in IM in recent years. Nice to see LLEN to diversify and expand into other provinces with larger coal mines to in the pipeline.  I still need to find out more from the management, other than Datang (seemingly to only largest buyer thus far), how and who they gonna sell their additional coal outputs to from IM and ShanXi provinces in the future.  It would not be a good idea to have a single largest buyer
