I don't think that any fuel was hauled across those tracks to be honest, if there was ever a fuel spill no weeds would grow, secondly fuel is to be transported across concrete in loading facilities for clean up.

It will be very interesting to watch this play out, but if this is gross defamation on Goes's part(could be and they know nothing can be done about it), some people should or will go to jail, not sure how that plays out against a Chinese company who cannot supply audited financials.
