DC: I find I am not in disagreement with any of the three of you who are having this discussion.
As the only one who remembers the 40's I can say that you are correct about the 'Republicans of old' (It's really frightening...my family and I, too were all Republicans.) ...and to be totally honest can you say that any politician really cares about the people? None does, in my opinion..they only care about getting re-elected.. Families, schools, our youth and yes, even churches are failing.
And by the way, the one percent have accelerated their wealth under President Obama and since the 2008 crisis...gotta be fair.
I don't expect I am making friends here. Anyone who doesn't think this country is degenerating rapidly just hasn't lived long enough. Today we are accusing the Chinese of hacking into corporate and government emails. Do you think we don't hack theirs? We accused the Chinese of manipulating their currency...We don't? So dishonest.
I sense a deep, deep disdain of Republicans on the part of our President. He says he's tried to work with the Republicans...but not really. I was totally turned off by his attitude during the election process. He's our president and should be setting an example of how to treat people even when they don't treat you well. I didn't vote for either of them.
Hopefully, better days ahead for LLEN shareholders...Sharpei
