From page 18 of the 10-Q:
The total owing to the Company as of January 31, 2013 was $5,358,796 including previously accrued interest of $312,783. On February 28, 2013, the Company received payment of US$5,545,056 from Bowie as the full and final payment for the settlement of the outstanding loan.
