I may be a sucker by saying this but my impression is that the filing could happen by the end of September or early October. They seemed genuinly excited about it. I will give them that much. I think the market may be pricing in that it won't happen. I think the market is wrong if it is doing that.

One of the leaders of the exchange went to the school the Lee donated money to. Lee has a building there in his name and that individual asked around to find out who Lee was and approached him on this deal. I think the Taiwan Exchange wants this to happen. The red tape that comes with the filing is probably what is slowing things down a bit.

That all said, my impatients stems mainly from the lack of concrete short and medium term direction with where the company is going. I don't like to hear how big and great the next thing is when I am three years into a stock that has done nothing except frustrate its shareholders.We must be hitting a bottom because I feel like I should be shorting this thing lol.
