From what I can decipher , it looks like initial fee of 650,000 HK$(base on current market cap) and yearly 225,000 to renew. Not sure of the time frame from application to approval, but you guys may see it here(Fong said 1 yr from app to apprvl), but they do have to apply and be reviewed by a board. So I would think it would be "News Worthy" if they have applied, and also think ,they have not.
