At first, I was using Firefox and didn't get any audio, so I switched to Internet Explorer and the sound came through. Good CC, but I missed about 15 minutes due to receiving a phone call. Hopefully the transcript will be available on Seeking Alpha later today or tomorrow.

Now I understand why the techies hate Microsoft...Was using Google chrome and I did see 'Shockwave crash' several times.  Never thought to use the 'old dinosaur' IE. Thanks Cool.  I was watching the price action though and was disappointed that we didn't see a run higher. Sharpei
