Ian Robinson form 4 Aug 21 2013 transaction shows it was a GRANT not a purchase on the open market.

As most know, I am long on LLEN. But because of misinformation IMO.... by some pumpers whom I despise almost as much as bashers and subtle psycological mind game players mainly on the OTHER board.......Here is the actual SEC Filing Form 4 regarding Ian Robinsons recent grant of 33,333 shares on Aug 21 2013. I have also included the transaction codes from SEC for Form 4. It was a GRANT! Now if someone can prove this different please do so, because I would love to see some insider buying on the open market.

I think this is why we see this remark:  "Price reflecting the closing price of stock issued date"
